At BUYDEEM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchen appliances. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original BUYDEEM box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
